Please submit the following form to register.
- You must be a current member of Iowa Corridor USA Dance Chapter #2100.
- You must register using the same email address you used when registering for your USA Dance membership.
Once you submit the form, an administrator will verify your membership before approving your registration. Upon approval, you will receive an email with a temporary password to be used to log in. You will then be able to change your password.
